Brian Clark

Executive Director of Operations

Brian Clark is the Executive Director of Operations at FAIR Health, where he is responsible for scaling internal operations, defining major operational process improvements, managing FAIR Health's project management office and assisting the Chief Operating Officer with evolving FAIR Health's suite of products. Brian brings over 20 years of healthcare industry experience to this position. Prior to joining FAIR Health, Brian was most notably a senior manager at Kaiser Permanente where he had responsibility over Kaiser's Health Management Wellness Platform. He was responsible for scaling membership by over 2 million lives within the first three years of operation. He was also a leader on the National Pricing Solutions Team, where he had responsibility for managing one of Kaiser’s largest cloud-based initiatives to support national clients. Brian also worked as Director of Program Management at Alere Health, where he managed long-term relationships through strategic planning and account expansion opportunities for health plans and employer clients. Brian received his BS degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and has his Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
