Responsive Assistance from Product Experts
To enable you to take full advantage of your FAIR Health data products, our in-house client services representatives are available to help with technical, data and other questions.
- General support. Representatives provide fast answers to your questions about benchmarks, statistics, methodology, file formats and data searches, and keep you informed about product releases, technology tips and other topics.
- Training options.Training sessions, available by conference call, provide detailed descriptions of our methodologies, data elements and sources and offer guidance for loading data products and using them effectively.
- Specialized support. Our team also helps clients whose requests require customized, in-depth support, which can include on-site training and hands-on assistance with a variety of service, product, consumer education and litigation-support topics. Fees may apply for some services.
- Contribution support. FAIR Health staff work closely with participants in our data contribution program to streamline initial set-up and the ongoing data submission process, and to ensure secure file transfers.
Surveys are sent on a randomized basis to clients who have had a recent service interaction. Consistently, over 90 percent of clients who respond to our survey report that they are “very satisfied” with the overall service interaction—the highest rating available.
