Responsive Assistance from Product Experts

To enable you to take full advantage of your FAIR Health data products, our in-house client services representatives are available to help with technical, data and other questions.

  • General support. Representatives provide fast answers to your questions about benchmarks, statistics, methodology, file formats and data searches, and keep you informed about product releases, technology tips and other topics.
  • Training options. Training sessions, available by conference or video call, provide detailed information about our methodologies and offer guidance on accessing and loading data products and using them effectively.
  • Specialized support. Our team also helps clients whose requests require customized, in-depth support, which can include on-site training and hands-on assistance with a variety of service, product, consumer education and litigation support topics. Fees may apply for some services.
  • Contribution support. FAIR Health staff work closely with participants in our data contribution program to streamline initial setup and the ongoing data submission process, as well as to assure secure file transfers.

Surveys are sent on a randomized basis to clients who have had a recent service interaction. Consistently, over 90 percent of clients who respond to our survey report that they are “very satisfied” with the overall service interaction—the highest rating available.
