Flexible Access to FH Online Now Available

FAIR Health now offers multiple ways to access data through FH® Online, providing data products that are scalable and priced to meet every organization’s needs. Whether you need unlimited access across one or more benchmark modules, or you need to search a few hundred codes a month, FH Online is an easy-to-use solution. We can provide online access to benchmark data customized to meet your needs.
FH Online offers convenient, web-based access to the charge data in our suite of FH Charge Benchmarks, organized by procedure code and geographical area, as well as the aggregated amounts allowed by payors for physician professional services in our FH Allowed Medical. Our additional FH Allowed Benchmarks for anesthesia, dental, HCPCS and outpatient services will be available on the site in the coming weeks. Data licenses for FH Online can be structured in multiple ways, including unlimited access to the data or a subscription to a more limited dataset. For example, a client could license unlimited views of one geozip. (A geozip is a geographical area generally sharing the first three numbers of a zip code.) Or, another client could license a pre-set number of searches in all geozips within a particular state or across the country. When a client who licenses, for example, 300 searches reaches their allocation of searches, they will receive a notification to contact us to extend their subscription.
Who is the ideal audience for FH Online? Anyone who has a need for quick and easy access to benchmark data. Some organizations that load FAIR Health data files to their claims system want a quick way to look up a benchmark. Customer service organizations can find the product particularly useful to help plan members who call with questions about their reimbursements. Additionally, companies that use data to develop life care plans or settlement agreements may benefit from a subscription to FH Online.
