FAIR Health Enhances FH® Online

On September 10, FAIR Health released a new version of FH® Online with multiple enhancements and new features. Adding value and functionality, the new version makes this product—which provides online access to data contained in FH® Benchmarks, the FH® NSA Reference File and state products (e.g., Texas Surprise Billing Benchmarks)—more versatile and even easier to use.
New Enhancements and Features
The new FH Online provides a sleeker, more intuitive user interface that is easy to navigate. New functionality permits comparison of charge and allowed benchmarks, as well as results across various products. For clients working with data from FH® Charge Anesthesia or FH® Allowed Anesthesia, there is now a new option to include Qualifying Circumstances (QC) in anesthesia calculations.
Quick Online Access to Data
Offering convenient, streamlined access to FH Benchmark cost data organized by procedure and geographic location, FH Online enables users to quickly and easily find the data points they need to perform essential business and operations functions. With FH Online, claims administrators, customer service representatives and others can quickly look up benchmarks to research costs, respond to plan member inquiries, find information needed for internal appeals and more.
For FH Benchmark products, a range of benchmark values from the 50th to 95th percentiles is provided for each procedure code/geographic area combination. In addition, in many cases, mean (average) and mode (most frequently occurring) values are provided. Results can be downloaded to a PDF or Excel file. FH Online can be licensed in conjunction with any of our FH Benchmark data files, or as a stand-alone product to provide convenient access to benchmark data. A range of subscription models and pricing are available to meet the needs and budget of your organization.
