Arizona and Wyoming Expand Workers’ Compensation Engagements with FAIR Health
September 18, 2025
Recently, Arizona and Wyoming expanded their existing workers’ compensation engagements with FAIR Health.
FAIR Health has been assisting Arizona in making annual updates to its professional fee schedule since 2023. In 2026, using FAIR Health dental data, Arizona will add a dental fee schedule for the first time. This will set maximum payable amounts for services billed with CDT®1 codes when related to a workers’ compensation injury.
In 2025, Wyoming contracted with FAIR Health for an annual file for use in updating its workers’ compensation fee schedule. Beginning in 2026, Wyoming will receive quarterly updates from FAIR Health instead of annual ones.
FAIR Health supports multiple states with workers’ compensation programs, providing full-service fee schedule work for Arizona, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee and Vermont. FAIR Health helps other states by providing data, reporting on the potential impact of annual changes to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services fee schedule, and performing other projects depending on state need.
FAIR Health continues to grow in the workers’ compensation field by working with states based on their needs and methodologies. Rather than proposing a predetermined solution, FAIR Health customizes its work to the state.
For more information about the wide range of services FAIR Health offers state workers’ compensation programs, contact FAIR Health by email at info@fairhealth.org or call 855-301-FAIR (3247), Monday through Friday, 9 am to 6 pm ET.
