FH Explore is a flexible resource designed for customized views into healthcare data. A FAIR Health-hosted data enclave, FH Explore provides web-based access to an expansive range of data. FH Explore uses de-identified, aggregated data views, providing robust data visualizations and other analytic tools.
Mine Datasets Designed for Research and Probing Analyses with a Streamlined Interface
FH Explore currently offers detailed datasets focused on telehealth. Datasets planned for future release will focus on other venues of care, patient cohorts and provider specialties, including datasets concerned with testing, treatment and comorbidities associated with COVID-19.
FH Explore allows for mining many aspects of one or multiple datasets. The tool features a streamlined interface that enables you to easily drill down to more detailed information, save searches and download dashboards. You also have the ability to create analytic visualizations such as graphs, pie charts, heat maps and pivot tables.
The interface provides an easy-to-navigate dashboard view with which you can mine the information in one or multiple datasets. Designed for research and probing analyses, the datasets include many data fields and allow you to drill down by:
- Year of service;
- Procedure category;
- Procedure code;
- Diagnosis code;
- Place of service;
- Bill type;
- Geozip (geographic area);
- Age band; and
- De-identified provider specialty.
FH Explore provides multi-tier dashboard design options to allow you to create your own visualizations using a wide range of visualization formats. You can design your own dashboard, including the types and placement of visualizations and how the data are filtered. The tool allows you to create visualizations easily by simply selecting from the fields displayed in a data browser.
The flexible platform allows you to manage multiple users with different levels of access to the data housed in FH Explore.
